Krista Dawn

Krista Dawn, LMT, CHT, is a very caring, knowledgeable and professional individual. She was very in tune with plants, massage and energy from the young age of five years old. She used to gather plants from the fields around her house to make pretend potions. She was naturally drawn to massage and used intuitive techniques to help her family with their ailments. Healing was very much in the family, as her grandfather was the seventh son of the seventh son and had healing powers. People from all over Canada would come to or call him with many different diseases which he would heal with the use of prayer. With her grandfather passed away, she is the new healer of the family.
Krista has studied many different healing modalities for several years, such as massage therapy, herbal medicine, nutrition and took an extensive seven year course on energy healing and meditation instruction. Her clients often comment on her touch as being very healing and calming.
With her background in herbal medicine Krista has helped many people to heal themselves through the use of herbs and nutrition for disorders such as cancer, diabetes, menopause, allergies, etc. She makes all of her own herbal extracts and creates custom blends for each client based on their specific concern. With massage Krista can help with chronic pain from arthritis, tendonitis, and has helped many people recovering from accidents. Her expertise is in neuromuscular therapy, lomi lomi, sports massage, prenatal and swedish among others. She really has a passion for healing and thoroughly enjoys helping people to find a healthy balance in their lives.
Krista is available at Green Ti on Mondays 10-6, Wednesdays 2-6 and every other Sunday 10-6.
